Cost for Employer:Nothing! This is designed as a voluntary program (although some employers chose to pay for the plan because it is so inexpensive). There are no administrative fees, costs, etc. charged by Careington.

One additional member can be either a spouse, child or anyone living in your household. These rates are for groups 3 to 500. For larger groups, please contact us at 1-800-372-7615, EXT. 108.

Our Recommendation:See if anyone is interested in our plan! Please print the attached survey and distribute to all the employees to see if there is interest in Careington Dental Plan. This is a great way to check interest immediately and save everybody time.
