Other Benefits of Our Dental Insurance Plans:
- Start saving right away — even during the waiting period. Even though there are small waiting periods for basic and major procedures under the Classic and Premier plans, you still save with the discount portion of the plan immediately. All discounts start from the day your plan begins, as well as all other savings with the Classic and Premier plans and everything with the Value plan.
- Reach your plan maximum slower. The initial discount on your dental bill doesn’t negatively impact your annual maximum. Only the percentage paid by the insurance counts toward your max so your savings last longer.
- Still save if you meet your yearly max. Most plans don’t pay anything after you hit your max, but 1Dental plans still provide discounted rates. That way, you are protected even in the worse-case scenario.
- Use one of the largest PPO networks in the industry. Find a great dentist at over 187,000 access points across the country with the Maximum Care Network.
- Can’t find your dentist in our network? No problem. You can save at any dentist. The only difference is that the percentage we pay is from the typical price, not the discounted price, so savings aren’t quite as deep.
- Insurance from a trusted carrier. 1Dental plans are underwritten by Standard Life and Accident Insurance Company, Madison National Life Insurance Company and AmFirst Insurance Company (depending on your state). All three insurance companies boast a good or excellent rating from A.M. Best, the largest financial strength rater.
- Save on braces for children and adults. Many insurance plans don’t offer any savings on orthodontics, especially for adults. On average, 1Dental plans can help you save over $1,000 for any age, and even more for children!
