Provider Screening Process
Providers participating in the plans we offer are the best in the industry. To be accepted into the plan's network, each provider must:
- Pass strict credentialing procedures.
- Complete a series of information requirements.
Provider Nomination & Acceptance
- Continuous evaluation of our Member Services through Satisfaction Surveys
- All provider referrals processed within 72 hours
- Follow-up with the Member when the dentist joins the provider panel.
- Courtesy verification of provider membership upon request.
