a full plan refund, minus the setup fee.
For annual and multi-year plans:
You’ll receive a full plan refund, minus the $20 setup fee.
For monthly plans:
You’ll receive your first monthly payment back, minus the $30 setup fee.
Why do you have a setup fee?
The setup fee allows us to provide an affordable 30-day trial window for those who simply aren’t sure if the plan will work for them. If the plan is a good fit, we want to reward members for loyalty and encourage them to keep up with their
routine dental visits by remaining on the plan — which is why we don’t charge extra renewal fees. The setup fee helps us cover administration costs and continue to offer these plans at a low price.
