For wisdom teeth removal, you will need a full mouth x-ray (panoramic x-ray) before the extraction, anesthesia (it is shown here separately but it should be included in the extraction cost) and the extractions themselves (4 in all).

Not all general dentists perform wisdom teeth removal, particularly if the extractions are more complex. For that, your dentist will refer you to a specialist (an oral surgeon). You might need a specialist for oral surgery if your teeth have not broken through the gum line yet. If that is the case, you would see a bill similar to the one below:
