Refunds After the First 30 Days
We know that, sometimes, unusual circumstances happen that require you to cancel your plan after the first 30 days. Often, we are able to switch members for free to another plan that works better for them. In other cases, members finish out their year and simply don’t renew. However, there are a few exceptions.
  • If you live in Florida, North Dakota, or Oklahoma, you will receive a prorated refund for the remainder of your plan.
  • If a plan member passes away.
  • If your membership is terminated by 1Dental.com or Careington.
